Project at a glance
- Site: Cattle Creek Golf and Country Club
- Location: San Jose del Monte, Bulacan
- Scope: Exterior brick-wall and façade cleaning
- Method: Chemical treatment, regulated-pressure washing and rotating wall surface cleaning
- Access: No scaffolding used on this project
The brick-wall cleaning requirement
The exterior brickwork showed extensive dark surface staining. TopMop treated mold and dark staining with a cleaning solution, then cleaned the walls using regulated pressure and a rotating wall surface cleaner.
The project focused on cleaning the existing brick façade. Brick replacement, mortar repairs and structural restoration were outside the described cleaning scope.
Cleaning equipment and access
The photographs show pole-mounted cleaning equipment reaching elevated brick surfaces. No scaffolding was used on this project.
Access arrangements are selected for each property. The building layout, working space and surfaces to be cleaned determine whether poles, elevated equipment or scaffolding are required.
The documented result
The before and completed-work photographs show a visible reduction in dark staining and a clearer appearance of the brickwork. They were taken from different viewpoints and are presented separately, rather than as an aligned slider comparison.
This documents the result on this building. Cleaning results depend on brick and mortar condition, stain type and existing deterioration. Treatment does not guarantee permanent prevention of mold or future staining.
Planning brick-façade maintenance
Share wide and close-up photographs, approximate wall area and height, the property location and available working space. Mention damaged mortar, loose brickwork or persistent moisture so these can be considered when defining the scope.
