How glass panels are counted
One side of a glass or window panel up to 2 metres by 1 metre counts as one billable panel. Cleaning both internal and external sides counts as two. Larger panels count as two per side under our panel-counting guidance; small panes may be grouped. For example, 20 standard panels cleaned on both sides count as 40 billable panels. Enter the total billable sides to calculate extras. Our crew confirms the final count and bill before cleaning starts.
What your estimate includes
The calculator uses the supplied residential glass package for the total billable sides selected, plus ₱140 for each billable panel above its allowance. An internal side and an external side are counted separately. With a glass package, roof, wall, floor and solar add-ons use the actual area or panel count at the displayed unit rate, with no minimum quantity. Without a glass package, standalone minimums apply: roof 100 m², wall or floor 50 m² per selected service, and solar 20 panels. Each selected service is calculated separately, then added to the total. Gutter cleaning is included only where specified in the quotation.
Confirm the scope before booking
Your written quotation confirms surface condition, quantities, travel or access charges, applicable taxes, payment terms and the complete total. Cleaning does not repair roof damage or include restoration, repainting or sealant-residue removal. Annual Care Plan services and pricing are agreed separately.
