SEASONAL CARE / PRACTICAL PLANNING

A cleaning calendar for your property.

Use the season as a planning prompt, then adjust for your property's condition and local weather. Window, gutter, roof and solar care do not all need the same interval.

Before periods of heavier rain: check gutters

Look for accessible debris, vegetation and signs of poor drainage. Arrange gutter clearing early enough to review visible defects separately. Cleaning does not repair leaks or guarantee protection from overflow; gutters near trees may need attention more often.

After severe weather: assess before cleaning

If a roof has loose tiles, damaged coatings or suspected leaks, arrange the appropriate inspection or repair before a cleaning visit. Roof work depends on safe access and suitable weather. Cleaning organic staining does not repair storm damage.

Dry-weather opportunities for glass and solar care

Plan window cleaning around your desired presentation and current soiling. Solar-panel cleaning should follow manufacturer guidance and a suitable access plan; we do not step on panels or promise a fixed energy-output gain. Dirt can return after cleaning in any season.

Before guests and holiday gatherings

Allow time to define the glass, canopies, walls or outdoor floors you want cleaned. Prioritize the surfaces visitors actually see and use. Holiday work is scheduled by agreement, subject to availability and suitable conditions.

Turn reminders into an annual plan

The TopMop Annual Care Plan coordinates agreed visits and reminders. The schedule can be monthly, quarterly, seasonal or otherwise tailored where suitable; your proposal confirms frequency, services, quantities, payment and rescheduling terms. There is no automatic fixed three-visit package.
