SCIENTIFIC WATER FILTRATION

4-Stage RO/DI Pure Water System

Normal municipal tap water in Metro Manila typically measures between 180 and 350+ parts per million (PPM) of Total Dissolved Solids (TDS)—primarily calcium, magnesium, iron, and mineral salts. When regular water evaporates, these dissolved solids form the chalky white water spots and streaks commonly seen on exterior glass.

TopMop uses a multi-stage purification rig to extract all dissolved minerals, bringing water purity down to a certified 0 TDS:

Stage 1 - 5-Micron Sediment Filter: Traps physical silt, sand, rust particles, and suspended solids from the water supply.

Stage 2 - Granular Activated Carbon Block: Neutralizes chlorine, chloramines, and organic chemical odors that degrade membranes.

Stage 3 - High-Pressure RO Membrane: Mechanically forces water through a semi-permeable barrier, rejecting 98% of dissolved minerals.

Stage 4 - Mixed-Bed DI Resin Polisher: Ion-exchange resin extracts the remaining 2% of ionized minerals, achieving absolute 0 TDS.

Water in its pure, demineralized state acts as an aggressive natural cleaner. It actively attracts, bonds with, and dissolves particulate matter without detergents. Once agitated and rinsed, the pure water sheets off and evaporates into the air without leaving a single spot behind.

Operational Scope: TopMop deploys RO/DI pure water specifically for architectural glass, glazed curtain walls, and solar panels. Facades, roofs, and hardscapes utilize dedicated surface-specific chemistry.

Unlike high-pressure blasting that chips paint, gouges concrete, and forces moisture behind cladding, our calibrated soft-wash systems apply EPA-registered biocides and foaming surfactants at low garden-hose pressure (under 150 PSI).

Industrial Rotary Flat Surface Cleaners

For cobblestones, driveways, and parking decks, we employ 24-inch dual-nozzle hover deck cleaners operating up to 4,000 PSI. Enclosed skirts contain overspray, ensuring pristine and 100% stripe-free clean concrete.

Rope Access & BMU Facade Maintenance

For commercial high-rise towers where ground equipment cannot reach, our certified industrial abseiling crews deploy double-rope fall protection, certified rooftop anchor systems, and specialized window cradles.
