What the Valenzuela project involved
TopMop treated dark surface staining using a cleaning solution, followed by rotating surface cleaning at regulated pressure. A manlift provided access to the 16-metre facade because the height exceeded the 12-metre ground-based setup available for that project and surrounding access was restricted.
Height is only part of the access decision
The space around a facade, ground conditions, overhead obstructions and the position of windows affect equipment selection. Manlift or scaffolding needs are assessed and quoted separately. A completed project does not guarantee the same reach or method at another property.
Soft washing and pressure washing
The finish and stain type determine whether a soft-washing treatment, regulated pressure or another suitable method is appropriate. Cleaning addresses removable contamination; oxidation, failed coatings and embedded stains may remain. TopMop does not offer high-rise rope-access cleaning.
Plan around your operations
Send wide and close-up facade photographs, approximate dimensions, location and the available space around the building. Share vehicle movements, pedestrian routes and preferred working hours so the scope can account for property operations.
