The Cattle Creek brick-wall project
TopMop treated mold and dark surface staining, then used regulated-pressure washing and a rotating wall surface cleaner. The project photographs show the building before and after cleaning from different viewpoints, plus equipment in use.
Cleaning brick without assuming restoration
Brick and mortar condition should be checked before selecting a treatment. Removable organic staining differs from efflorescence, damaged joints or deteriorating finishes. Cleaning does not replace mortar repairs, brick replacement or structural assessment.
Access selected for the building
No scaffolding was used on the documented Cattle Creek project. That does not mean all buildings can be cleaned without it. Working space, effective pole reach and surface position determine whether other access equipment is needed.
Inquiries elsewhere in Bulacan
Tell us your city or municipality, surface material, approximate area and working height. Coverage outside San Jose del Monte is confirmed individually. Travel, site access and any elevated equipment affect the quotation and schedule.
