Glass care across a hospitality property

The Estancia de Lorenzo project involved internal and external glass cleaning and canopy cleaning. The photographs document work on high interior glass, exterior windows and glass around the property’s buildings.

Hospitality properties can have several different access conditions within one project. Interior glass, elevated exterior panels and canopy areas should be identified separately when defining the quotation, rather than treated as a single uniform surface.

The cleaning approach shown on site

TopMop’s crew used telescopic cleaning tools to reach glass from suitable working positions. The project photographs show both internal and external work, including ground-based pole cleaning of elevated windows.

The working approach depends on the glass location and the access available. Ground-based pole cleaning is useful where reach and surrounding space permit; other surfaces require a separately assessed access arrangement.

Why the scope matters

Windows and glass canopies need a clear definition of which surfaces and sides are included. For a multi-building hospitality property, photographs and an area-by-area list help distinguish the cleaning requirements and avoid assumptions about adjacent walls, roofs or other finishes.

For your own property, identify glass panels, internal or external sides, canopies and any frames or sills you want included. Provide details of sensitive surroundings and areas used by guests or staff.

Cleaning limitations

These photographs show work in progress; they are not presented as matched before-and-after comparisons. No measured performance improvement or complete stain-removal guarantee is claimed.

Standard glass cleaning does not repair scratches, reverse etched glass or include mineral-stain restoration and sealant-residue removal. Any existing defects or specialist-treatment requirements should be assessed before work is agreed.

Planning maintenance for your property

Maintenance frequency should reflect weather exposure, nearby trees, dust and your property’s presentation requirements. A schedule can be discussed for guest-facing glass without assuming every building needs the same interval or method.
